These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the umu.ro platform. By creating an account or using any feature of the platform, you expressly agree to these terms in full.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
The umu.ro platform is operated by a private individual based in Romania, under applicable European law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). You can reach the operator at: i@umu.ro.
umu.ro is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create a public profile at umu.ro/username, where they can centralise links to their content, social networks, or activities.
The platform offers a free plan (up to 5 links) and a Pro plan with extended features. The Pro subscription is managed through Stripe.
To use umu.ro you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, your use of the platform must be approved by a parent or legal guardian.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
You retain ownership of any content you publish on the platform.
By publishing user content on umu.ro, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, limited to the purpose of displaying and delivering that content to visitors who access your profile.

The operator reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. Users may appeal a moderation decision by emailing i@umu.ro.
The umu.ro platform is provided "as is", without warranties of continuous availability. The operator is not responsible for the content of external links.
The processing of your personal data is governed by the platform's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
You may request deletion of your account from your account settings page, or by emailing i@umu.ro.
Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable European regulations. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
EU residents may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
